Alphington Grammar honours Class of 2025 at Scholars Assembly

Alphington Grammar School celebrated the academic achievements of its high-performing Class of 2025 at the annual Scholars Assembly on Monday, February 9.

Dr Vivianne Nikou welcomed keynote speaker Professor Krista Maglen, Campus Dean of Australian Catholic University, along with honoured scholars and their families.

In her address, Dr Nikou praised the cohort’s dedication, stating: “The results of the Class of 2025 are a testament to the hard work and commitment to excel by those students. By any measure, the Class of 2025 have shown that hard work brings its own rewards.”

The assembly recognised students who achieved study scores of 40+, outstanding ATAR results, and Kwong Lee Dow Young Scholars recipient Louis Golding (Year 11).

School DUX George Mouratidis (ATAR 99.3) reflected on how the support of Alphington Grammar teachers helped him excel.

The event marked what the school described as “a remarkable morning honouring remarkable students.”
