Costa Georgiadis to host new documentary on Australia’s public health system

SBS Australia has announced one of its biggest line ups of documentary, drama, sport and current affairs programs for 2024.

Amongst this line-up is a new three-part documentary series called The Hospital: In the Deep End, starring Gardening Australia’s Costa Georgiadis and Masterchef Australia’s Melissa Leong.

The Gardening Australia star will be featured in the new SBS mini series in 2024.

The documentary puts a focus on Australia’s public health system and its challenges.

Melissa Leong told Adelaide Now the new SBS series is really “serious.”

“It is full of heart, it is full of stories, it is full of incredible people who literally save lives daily, that is their life and that is not lost on me,” she said.
