First Greek Youth Comedy Gala: A night of laughter, culture and emerging talent in Sydney

·

The Greek Festival of Sydney has announced the first Greek Youth Comedy Gala, an unmissable night of comedy and celebration of emerging talent in Australia’s Greek community.

This exciting event will take place on March 15 at the Canterbury Leagues Club at Belmore, Sydney and promises to be a highlight of the year’s comedy scene. Tickets are selling fast, so make sure to secure your seat and avoid disappointment!

Headlining the night is Elouis Eftos, one of Australia’s most electrifying and sought-after comedians. With a string of sold-out seasons and standing ovations to her name, she’s quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the comedy world.

Elouise will be joined by an extraordinary lineup of talent, including Charissa Bossinakis, Stella Kappos, Chris Demos, and Korinna Gouros. These emerging stars will showcase their unique comedic voices, bringing fresh and hilarious perspectives to the stage.

The evening will be hosted by the incredibly talented Anthony Locascio, fresh off his hugely successful show Pappou at the Enmore Theatre and his recent North American tour.

Anthony, known for his charismatic presence and sharp wit, was also the MC at this year’s Greek Fest Darling Harbour, where he delighted crowds with his comedic timing and energy. He’ll bring the same vibrant spirit to this special gala, making it a night you absolutely do not want to miss.

The Greek Youth Comedy Gala is not just about laughter – it’s about the community coming together to support and encourage emerging talent. The night is a celebration of the rich cultural heritage of Greek Australians and the incredible contributions of young comedians, who are pushing boundaries and paving the way for future generations.

By attending this event, you’re not only guaranteed an unforgettable night of comedy, but also showing your support for the next generation of performers.
