OMADA Bar & Grill opens in Adelaide, bringing modern Greek dining to the CBD

·

Adelaide restaurateur Simon Kardachi has softly launched OMADA Bar & Grill on Leigh Street, adding a new Greek dining venue to the city’s CBD.

Led by head chef Andy Ferrara, the restaurant draws on Greek heritage and local produce, with a menu spanning meze and classic mains.

Kardachi said OMADA responds to growing demand for quality Greek cuisine and aims to capture the “spirit” of Greek hospitality rather than replicate it.

The venue is open for walk-ins, with bookings to open in mid-January.
