AHEPA NSW members agree on special resolutions at Annual General Meeting

AHEPA NSW held a General Meeting on Sunday, May 19 at Rockdale where members agreed on two special resolutions.

The resolutions were:

  1. Members approve New Constitution
  2. Members approve Loan of $500,000 working capital

Members present at the meeting voted in favour of the two resolutions by more than 86 per cent. As such, both were ratified.

    At the conclusion of the meeting, the Committee thanked its members while expressing anticipation for a smooth and constructive future.
