Australian investors to get exposure to historic Greek mega-property development

·

Australia’s property and investment community will get a first-hand look at The Ellinikon, Europe’s largest urban regeneration project, when its senior team arrives for the 2025 Property Congress in Perth this October as guest speakers under the theme “World’s Best Projects”, before continuing to Melbourne and Sydney.

Valued at €8 billion and set on the iconic Athenian Riviera, The Ellinikon is already attracting strong global demand for its smart, sustainable living spaces just minutes from central Athens and its easy access to the beautiful Greek islands.

For the first time, Australian investors can meet directly with the project’s leaders in Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney to explore this remarkable generational opportunity.

The Ellinikon offers an exceptional residential mix, from one- to four-bedroom luxury apartments and spacious two-storey residences to exclusive beachfront villas and penthouses, all with access to world-class private and communal amenities including landscaped gardens, wellness and sports centres, retail and dining precincts, cultural venues, a marina, and direct beach access.

As the Australian marketing partner, Limnios Property Group will host a limited series of one- on-one free investor meetings with the Ellinikon Residential Director and senior team in:

  • Perth: 15–16 October 2025 (Property Congress location)
  • Melbourne: 17–20 October 2025
  • Sydney: 21–23 October 2025

Dr Elena Limnios, Director of the Limnios Property Group, said: “We are proud to present this landmark example of Greek urban transformation to Australian investors. The Ellinikon is more than a development, it is a lifestyle opportunity in one of the world’s most sought-after summer destinations.”

“Demand for property in Greece is at record levels and from The Ellinikon you can enjoy sustainable, modern living within easy reach of the country’s most celebrated island escapes. It is difficult to find projects of this scale to invest in at a ground floor level that can offer multi-generational returns in such a sort after location,” Dr Limnios added.

James Limnios, Managing Director of the Limnios Property Group, said: “This is a rare chance for investors to explore a premium international development without leaving Australia.”

“The prime position on the prestigious Athens Riviera — once the playground of icons such as Maria Callas and Aristotle Onassis —combined with world-class planning, and strong global interest, positions The Ellinikon as a compelling long-term investment opportunity,’ Mr Limnios added.

“I have been doing property for over 35 years, and I have never seen a project of this scale and vision that can offer such an enduring investment horizon. When fully built it will be a stunning display of what can happen when visionary people with drive and ambition get together to create something that is of a scale many do not tend to even dream of.”
