Transport Ministers of Greece and France sign cooperation agreement

Greece’s Transport Minister, Giorgos Gerapetritis, and his French counterpart, Clement Beaune, have signed a cooperation agreement for the transfer of information on railway issues on Monday.

According to AMNA.gr, the agreement will be specified later with special agreements between the responsible agencies, especially between the Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français (SNCF) and the Hellenic Railways Organisation (OSE).

During the meeting, Gerapetritis referred to the long friendship and cooperation between Greece and France.

Gerapetritis also spoke of the train crash in Tempi noting that the Greek government will continue to investigate the causes of the deadly accident.
