Eleni Petinos MP appointed to NSW Liberals’ shadow cabinet

·

Member for Miranda, Eleni Petinos MP, has been appointed Shadow Minister for Finance and Sport in the new look NSW Liberals’ front bench announced on Tuesday.

The opposition frontbench has 26 members, of which 11 will be women.

“All of us learn life lessons as we go through life, with ups and downs, and I think Eleni, like everyone, will take on board those lessons,” Mr Speakman said.

Beside Ms Petinos in the shadow ministry are Vaucluse MP Kellie Sloane, who will commence as opposition spokeswoman for the environment on her first day entering parliament. Gurmesh Singh, Tim James, Aileen MacDonald and Robyn Preston are also joining the frontbench for the first time.
