Combine two of the greatest joys in life and you get the best little Greek hybrid… a Tiropita Muffin!

Helen Demetriou from Helen’s Kouzina is back to share her tasty creation and how to make sure your tiropita muffins are perfect every time.

The recipe is so easy you’ll be making them all the time.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 6 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 cups grated haloumi
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 3 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 2 tbls dried yeast
  • Chopped fresh mint

Simply mix it all together and bake on 170 degrees for 40 mins.
