The Hellenic Writers’ Association of Australia has announced an open call for submissions for the 2026 edition of its literary journal O Logos, inviting members and the wider Greek community to contribute original work.
Submissions are now open and will be accepted until 30 June 2026, with organisers confirming that any works received after the deadline will not be considered.
The association has specified that all entries must be original and unpublished, and may be submitted in either Greek or English.
Writers are invited to contribute across a range of genres, including poetry, short stories, essays, book reviews and academic studies. Poetry submissions must not exceed 100 lines, while prose works are limited to 1,500 words.
All entries must be typed and submitted electronically in Word format via email at hellenicwritersau@gmail.com. Contributors are also required to include “LOGOS ISSUE 39” and the title of their work in the subject line to assist with processing.
The annual publication of O Logos continues to serve as a platform for literary expression within the Greek Australian community, showcasing original voices and creative work from across the diaspora.
