New leadership team announced for Kytherian Youth Association

The Kytherian Youth Association (KYA) has elected its new committee following its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Monday, December 22.

The newly appointed committee will lead the organisation through 2026, with a focus on engaging and representing Kytherian youth and fostering community involvement.

Elected as President is Nathan Vagias, with Anne-Marie Aroney taking on the role of Vice President. Emanuel Aroney has been appointed Treasurer, while Christyn Cordato will serve as Secretary.

The General Committee comprises Apostolea Moulos, Magdalena Miltiades, Nicholas Francis, Harrison Francis, Christine Karabalis and Catherine Coutts.

In welcoming the new leadership team, the Association praised the commitment of its young members, highlighting the importance of youth involvement in preserving Kytherian heritage and strengthening community ties.

The Kytherian Youth Association acknowledged all nominees and volunteers who put themselves forward, noting that youth leadership plays a vital role in shaping the future of the community.
