Kayla Itsines’ Adelaide home sells for record price

·

Roughly four years after listing her jaw-dropping South Australian property, fitness star Kayla Itsines has cashed in on the sale of a 100-year-old gentleman’s bungalow she purchased back in 2017.

Land Services records showcase that the property at 55 Sheffield St, Malvern sold for a cool $7.375m in March this year, fetching Itsines a gross profit of around $3.575m.

According to Realestate.com, Itsines acquired the property for $3.9m in 2017, with the home’s most recent sale setting a new price record for the Adelaide suburb of Malvern by $2.125m.

Following her breakup from Tobi Pearce, Itsines originally offered the five-bedroom property for sale with Harris Real Estate back in 2020.

The character home, built in 1925 on a 3193sq m site, is one of the largest in the popular area and is only a few minutes away from Itsines’ grandparents, parents, and sister.

The house has been restored to its former magnificence and modernised inside, with feature fireplaces and intricate fretwork that pay tribute to its original charm.
