Eleftherios Petrounias secures spot in 2024 Olympic Games after silver medal win

Talented Greek gymnast Eleftherios Petrounias has won a silver medal at the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Antwerp.

Petrounias’ win means he has secured a spot at the Summer Olympics in Paris next year.

Also known as ‘Lord of the Rings,’ Petrounias displayed great skill and strength during his performance, which almost led him to receiving gold. Chinese gymnast Yang claimed first place with a score of 15.233.

He defeated his competitors Azero Simonov, Austrian Heck, and Armenians Avetisian and Davtian.
