Greek Australians among top real estate young guns of 2025

·

A number of young Greek Australians have cemented their place among the best in Sydney and NSW’s real estate scene, being featured in The Daily Telegraph’s “Top Real Estate Young Guns of 2025” list.

The feature highlights agents under 35 driving multimillion-dollar deals and earning commissions that rival industry veterans – with many pulling in well over $1 million annually. It marks a new era in real estate where youth, hustle, and digital savvy are paying off in a big way.

Among the Greek Australian agents on the list are Jackson Passas, Brad Panayiotou, Nicholas Christou, Steven Georgalas and Angelo Vagenas.

22-year-old Jackson Passas, from McGrath Estate Agents Maroubra, recorded 26 sales over the past year totaling $53,925,500.

Angelo Vagenas, 34, working with McGrath Beverly Hills, closed 36 deals worth $40,018,737.

Their inclusion reflects not only individual success but the continued rise of Greek Australians across high-performing sectors of business and entrepreneurship in NSW.

These standout agents are proving that with the right drive and digital edge, age is no barrier to success in one of Australia’s most competitive industries.
