Families across Sydney’s south-west are invited to experience firsthand what makes Kingsgrove North High School a vibrant and supportive learning community when it hosts its Open Night 2026 on Tuesday, February 24 from 5–7pm.
Year 4, 5 and 6 students and their families are warmly welcomed to attend and explore the school’s facilities through guided tours, meet dedicated teachers and current students, and gain insight into the opportunities available from Year 7 through to Year 12.
The evening will commence with the Principal’s address at 5:00pm in the school hall, offering an overview of the school’s vision, values and future direction.

At Kingsgrove North High School, education extends beyond the classroom. The school is committed to developing future-focused learners within a safe, caring and respectful environment. Students are challenged academically while being supported socially and emotionally – ensuring every young person is known, valued and encouraged to achieve their best.
Kingsgrove North High School is recognised for ensuring students are known, challenged and supported within a vibrant, inclusive community that values diversity, character and achievement.

With high expectations and strong wellbeing foundations working hand in hand, the school focuses on building confidence, resilience and creativity in its students. Through varied learning experiences and broad co-curricular opportunities, young people are encouraged to develop independence, critical thinking skills and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Importantly for many families within the local community, Kingsgrove North High School currently offers Modern Greek as part of its curriculum. Greek is taught in Stage 4 (Year 8), and in Stage 5 and 6 the school provides external support for students studying Greek as a subject. The inclusion of Modern Greek remains a valued component of the school’s language offering and reflects the cultural diversity of the community it serves.

Open Night provides families with the opportunity to meet staff and students, explore the school’s facilities and gain a clearer understanding of the programs and pathways available throughout secondary education.
Families considering enrolment are encouraged to attend and learn more about the learning environment, community culture and educational approach at Kingsgrove North High School.
