Greek Orthodox Community of Northern Australia completes school upgrade

The Greek Orthodox Community of Northern Australia (GOCNA) has expressed its deep appreciation to the many volunteers and companies whose support and hard work ensured the successful completion of a significant project at the premises of its Greek Orthodox School in Darwin.

In a statement, the GOCNA said the works were finished “in a remarkably short time” thanks to the commitment of all involved, delivering improved facilities for students, families and the wider community.

“The enthusiastic participation of all proves that through unity and cooperation, we can achieve great results that will serve and inspire future generations,” the statement read.

Among those acknowledged were NS Concreting (Nikolas Skyllas), HB Concrete (Giannis and Nikitas Halkitis), GT Builders (Tsougranis Brothers), T&M Concreters (Vazanellis Brothers), Mousellis & Son’s, Dimitris Lelekis, Dimitris Parimeros, Giorgos Velonis, Sevastos Glynatsis, Pantelis Xylolitas, Giannis Loukataris, Themelis Tsougranis, Lefteris Ellinas, Giannis Tsoulfas, Andrew Walani, Christos Vasilakoglou, Alexandros Petkoglou, and Manolis Vazanellis.
