Stefanos Tsitsipas books quarterfinal spot in Paris Masters

No.7 seed Stefanos Tsitsipas has reached the quarterfinals of the Paris Masters after surging past Alexander Zverev in straight sets, 7-6(2), 6-4.

According to ATP Tour, Tsitsipas struck 37 winners, including 10 aces, to mark his 50th tour-level win of the season, sealing his spot in the Nitto ATP Finals.

“What a great relief to finally get that spot. I get the opportunity to play in front of my Italian fans, but also get some Greek people in,” Tsitsipas said after his win.

Tsitsipas will take on Karen Khachanov next in the quarterfinals of the Paris Masters.
