Greek Australian entrepreneur wins 2023 Victorian State award

Greek Australian Melbourne entrepreneur, Effie Cinanni, the Founder and Director of award-winning marketing agency Small Chilli Marketing, has recently received the 2023 Australian Achiever Awards, Victorian State Winner accolade in the Advertising Marketing and Public Relations Services category. 

The Australian Achiever Awards give businesses an unbiased and quantifiable way to be recognised for remarkable customer service commitment. It is a respected marque of the highest quality of service within Australia’s small and medium business community.

“We are so delighted to be honoured with this award. It is a welcome surprise and it’s a true validation of our efforts to deliver outstanding service to our clients,” Effie said.

“I’d like to extend a huge congratulations to my team, Tania Sernia and Laia Boukouvalas, for their outstanding efforts and of course, to our wonderful clients and suppliers who rated our services so highly.”

Small Chilli Marketing received a Highly Recommended award in 2022 and now for the second year in a row they have been recognised for their outstanding level of customer service, this year as the overall State Winner for Victoria.

Effie also participated in the 2022 Victorian Multicultural Communities Leadership in Action program (women’s stream) in order to identify how she could inspire more women to take on leadership roles and encourage them to start or grow their own small businesses.
