HACCI Federation announce new partnership with South Australian chamber

·

The Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HACCI) Federation has announced a new partnership with HACCI South Australia (HACCI SA).

The HACCI Federation provides a forum for its members in the Hellenic business community to meet, interact and exchange knowledge and ideas.

The Federation’s new partnership comes after HACCI SA was relaunched with a new strategy to create a strong network of Hellenic professionals and businesses in SA.

The partnership will see the Federation and HACCI SA focus on creating a networking culture, mentorship and celebrating their members’ business successes.

A series of exciting events have also been planned for 2023, kicking off with a street party early next year.

The events will aim to celebrate the cultural and historical connections between Greece and Australia, and recognise the contribution of Greek Australians to the SA community.

HACCI SA Board Chair, Kosta Koutsonas, said in a statement they are excited about their partnership with the Federation.

“We are delighted to have joined the HACCI Federation and by doing so have increased its influence and the strength of its voice and look forward to working with our counterparts to tackle issues that are important to our members,” Mr Koutsonas said.

Mr Koutsonas added that the upcoming events will be an opportunity to connect more with SA’s Greek community.

“Our key objective is to provide an environment for our members to network, make long-lasting connections, and connect with like-minded individuals,” Mr Koutsonas concluded.

The recently appointed HACCI SA Board members include: Kosta Koutsonas (Director, Samaras Group); Alexis Demetriou (Partner in Charge R&D and Grants, KPMG); Dr. Sylvia Villios (Associate Professor, University of Adelaide); Allicia Tsolis (Executive General Manager, Suncorp); John Tsianos (Chief Commercial Officer, Adelaide 36ers).
