In a recent article on AMNA.gr, Mr Schinas questioned why countries such as Australia surpass EU nations as the preferred destination for global jobseekers.

Mr Schinas draws attention to the success of Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada, suggesting that the EU can develop a similar dynamic in their labour market through what he refers to as the “EU talent pool,” while urging the cruciality of targeted labour migration.

Mr Schinas will discuss these global employment matters further during his visit to Australia.
