Charges dropped for Theodore Christopoulos after he was accused of kicking pregnant wife

Theodore Christopoulos, who was accused of kicking his pregnant wife while wearing steel cap boots, has had all charges against him dropped, The Advertiser has reported.

The 48-year-old man from the Adelaide suburb of Underdale appeared before court in March facing charges of administering poison on another person to procure miscarriage, aggravated causing harm with intent and two counts of aggravated assault.

At the time, Christopoulos contested the allegations made against him and was granted home detention bail at a close family friend’s home in Lewiston.

All charges have since been withdrawn during a court date in May.
