NSW Police are appealing for public assistance to locate 12-year-old Anastasia Tsiontsis, missing from the Marrickville area in Sydney’s inner west.
Anastasia was last seen at a shopping centre on Smidmore Street, Marrickville, about 6pm yesterday (Tuesday, 8 August 2023).
When she could not be located, Anastasia was reported missing to officers attached to Inner West, who commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Anastasia’s welfare due to her age.
Anastasia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of thin build, approximately 170cm tall and has brown eyes and brown hair.
She was last seen wearing grey pants, black jumper, black shoe and glasses.
Anastasia is known to frequent the areas of Earlwood, Haymarket, Bexley North, Bardwell Park and Marrickville.
